We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and competent Technical Author who will join a team of Technical Documenters, to assist with writing, updating and restructuring documents.
Requirements:
* you must have user-facing documentation experience writing a range of white papers and high-level documents
* MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
* MS Visio 2007
* Technical aptitude
* Ability to write clearly and concisely
* Ability to write readable, grammatical English
* Ability to comprehend and summarise complex technical material
* Efficient time-management
* Organisational skills
* Attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
* developer-facing technical documentation
* Ability to read and understand a variety of programming languages, preferably including familiarity with as many as possible of C, C#, C++, VB, VBScript, Flash ActionScript, Java, Javascript, HTML, XML, XSL, PowerBuilder and Web services. |
