My client is a leading provider of Open Source email and collaboration solutions. This role is a fantastic opportunity to manage the company's renewals business with existing customers in the Europe / Middle East / Africa regions.
Qualifications and Skills Required: * Work with dozens of existing customers each month to plan for their renewal of their license; provide renewal quotes; manage the renewals to completion prior to the expiration of the customers' existing license; and process the renewal in Salesforce.com * Devote additional time to the most high-value customers to ensure their satisfaction and willingness to renew, and address or escalate their key concerns to Support or Management * Identify opportunities for achieving additional sales from existing customers beyond a simple renewal of their existing license * Working with Finance/Accounting, address certain billing questions that might arise for customers
Qualifications and Skills Required * Excellent customer relationship management skills * Excellent communication skills including ability to clearly communicate with customers via email and phone * Proven track record in sales * Experience operating in a channel-focused sales organization preferred * Ability to manage numerous transactions and details on a daily basis * Written and spoken proficiency in languages besides English is a plus * Degree qualification preferred |
