Before starting an assignment, we always suggest a meeting with the client in order to fully understand their recruitment objectives. In partnership with the client, we develop a complete job brief and ascertain the best recruiting methods to ensure the objectives are finalised in the allotted timescale. This initial meeting represents an invaluable part of the recruitment process and forms the basis of a focused, structured and accurate candidate match to the job specification.

With each assignment we look to adopt specific recruiting methods, either on a retained or contingency basis. The selected method is only determined after our consultants have taken a number of possible factors into account, such as the level of seniority and overall responsibilities of the role, conditions of the marketplace at time of the vacancy, whether the vacancy is a specialist position, the definitive degree of knowledge required and the potential candidate base available to fill the role.
