Job Description
The successful applicant will undertake a thorough training programme, becoming familiar with the company’s products and processes and competent in the use of company systems needed for a member of the customer service team.
We are looking for a customer service focused team-player who has an eye for detail and an interest for computer aided design.
The following are essential requirements:
Strong IT skills
Experience working in a business to business environment
Competence and experience in dealing with customers by telephone
Whilst these additional attributes would be a distinct advantage
• Drawing package experience such as CAD.
