Job Description
My client, based in Middlesbrough is one of the most recognised employers in the North East. They are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide support to their management team on an interim basis.
Key duties include:
• Typing letters and completing documents.
• Taking messages and handling general enquires.
• Data input operating an in-house system.
• Providing admin support to other departments as required.
• Covering reception as determined by the needs of the business.
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous administration experience.
• Strong IT skills – including MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
This is initially a temporary position but could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. Due to the nature of the role it is to start ASAP.
Pay Rate: £13,000 per annum
Hours: Office-based hours: Monday to Friday.
